A importância da escolha dos incoterms para a obtenção de exportações mais competitivas na empresa delicita

Abstract

Este trabalho é resultado de uma pesquisa que teve por objetivo apontar a importância da escolha de incoterms mais vantajosos para que se tenha operações de exportação mais competitivas na empresa Delicita. A pesquisa discorre sobre os grupos de incoterms existentes e suas particularidades visando apontar o melhor grupo para os lugares em que a empresa deseja futuramente ampliar as suas exportações que serão destinadas aos Estados Unidos, Chile e Alemanha. O trabalho foi realizado por meio dos métodos de pesquisa exploratória e descritiva analisando dados qualitativos. Este trabalho possui o objetivo de analisar os termos comerciais importantes para o mercado internacional, e através da pesquisa, o grupo de incoterms que se mostrou mais atrativo para as operações da empresa Delicita é o Grupo C para os países Estados Unidos e Alemanha, pois engloba os modais marítimo e aéreo, assumindo de forma mais simplificada as responsabilidades entre importador e exportador. Já para o Chile, o grupo de incoterms mais interessante apontado pela pesquisa foi o Grupo D, dada a localização do país mais próxima ao Brasil, seja mais vantajoso a participação integral na coordenação dos embarques de exportação, incluindo o transporte e trâmites dentro do país de destino. As informações contidas neste trabalho são apresentadas conforme análise da localização, demanda e condições de embarque pré-definidas, ficando à critério das negociações pontuais as melhores e mais competitivas oportunidades para as exportações da empresa Delicita.

This study is the result of a research that aimed to point out the importance of choosing the most advantageous incoterms in order to have more competitive export operations in the Delicita company. The research discusses the existing groups of incoterms and their particularities in order to point out the best group for the places where the company wants to expand its exports in the future, which will be destined for the United States, Chile and Germany. The work was carried out using exploratory and descriptive research methods, analyzing qualitative data. This research has the objective of analyzing the important commercial terms for the international market, and through the research, the group of incoterms that proved to be most attractive for the operations of the Delicita company is Group C for the United States and Germany, as it encompasses the maritime and air modes, assuming in a more simplified way the responsibilities between importer and exporter. As for Chile, the most interesting group of incoterms pointed out by the research was Group D, given the location of the country closest to Brazil, it is more advantageous to fully participate in the coordination of export shipments, including transport and procedures within the country of destination. The information contained in this study is presented according to the analysis of the location, demand and pre-defined shipping conditions, leaving the best and most competitive opportunities for the exports of the Delicita at the discretion of the punctual negotiations.
