Abstract

A esteira prensa e corte é uma máquina feita moldar e cortar massas, facilitando no trabalho do dia a dia de um confeiteiro, por exemplo. Constituída pelas principais peças: • Roletes; • Esteira Removível; • Roletes com facas; • Prensa; • Mesa para suporte. O objetivo da esteira prensa e corte é minimizar o tempo de trabalho, diminuindo o esforço feito pelos padeiros, confeiteiros, entre outros profissionais. O protótipo terá as seguintes dimensões e medidas: • Comprimento da esteira: 600mm • Largura da esteira: 400mm • Altura da mesa: 750mm • Peças: • Parafuso sextavado: M5x50 • Rolete: 50mm∅ x 400mm Largura • Mancais: ∅10 A estrutura da mesa e da esteira serão fabricadas com metalon de aço carbono, sendo que se forem para o mercado, por se tratar de uma máquina que irá ter contato com comida, deverá ser feita em aço inoxidável. As dimensões poderão mudar de acordo com o que irá ser modelado na máquina, como por exemplo bolos, pizzas e outros. Este protótipo, se combinado com conhecimentos de outras áreas, poderá ser integrado em outras funções. O orçamento do projeto será feito com base nos preços de sites confiáveis, tendo em vista que os custos serão divididos entre os membros do grupo.

The dimensions may change according to what will be modeled in the machine, such as cakes, pizzas and others. This prototype, if combined with knowledge from other areas, can be integrated into other functions. The project budget will be made based on the prices of reliable sites, since the costs will be divided among the members of the group.
