Envelhecendo com a tecnologia: a evolução das empresas na era digital para os funcionários

Abstract

RESUMO: Este estudo objetiva compreender os desafios das pessoas com mais idade para se colocarem no mercado de trabalho, com as tecnologias em grande demanda de crescimento no Brasil e no mundo. Nesse sentido, conseguimos identificar que muitas pessoas vem envelhecendo e perdendo seu lugar no mercado de trabalho por não conseguirem se adaptar às novidades tecnológicas. Busca-se auxiliar este grande público a ter essa recolocação no mercado de trabalho, e também ajudá-los na compreensão dos mesmos com as suas dificuldades tecnológicas. Dessa forma, o objetivo com este trabalho seria trazer uma forma de aprendizado mais simplificado e prático para esse público, trazendo breves explicações, leituras assertivas, imagens ilustrativas e vídeos auxiliares para melhorarmos a experiência do público atendido e também conseguirmos assim descobrir o grau de entendimento de cada um com o tema abordado; identificarmos a melhor forma para trabalhar com cada pessoal, para que no final seja um produto de grande utilidade para as empresas contratantes não perderem a oportunidade de contarem com um colaborador de grande experiência externa que também pode aprender e ter experiência interna, que no final também irá agregar de forma geral com seus companheiros de equipe.

ABSTRACT: This study aimed to understand the challenges of older people to be placed in the labor market, with technologies in great demand growth in Brazil and worldwide. Where we were able to identify that many people are aging, and losing their place in the labor market for not being able to adapt to the technologies, so with this work we are seeking help for this large public to have this replacement in the labor market, and also help the understanding of them with their technological difficulties. And so our objective with this work would be to bring a more simplified and practical way of learning for this public, bringing brief explanations, assertive readings, illustrative images, and helpful videos to improve the experience of the public attended, and also to discover the degree of understanding of each one with the theme addressed, and identify the best way to work with each person, and so that in the end it will be a system of great use for the hiring companies not to lose the opportunity to have a collaborator of great external experience, and that can also learn and have internal experience, which in the end will also be aggregating in general with his teammates. And as a final result of this training, we wish that all the people who benefit from this learning can be integrated into the labor market again, be it national or international.
