Confeitaria em eventos: Facake

Abstract

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo principal analisar os resultados da organização da primeira edição do evento FACAKE realizado no ano de 2021, o principal objetivo foi retratar a confeitaria, como algo amplo e que pode ser empregado em um evento. Além disso, o trabalho evidencia as escolhas feitas pela equipe e dificuldades encontradas no evento. Também mostra todas as etapas realizadas para a elaboração do evento no pré, trans e pós, informando os erros e acertos para os próximos projetos.

The present work has the main goal to analyze the first edition of the FACAKE event, held in the year of 2021. The event had the objective to portray confectionery and bakery as broad, important and protagonist activities in an event. The work highlights the choices made by the organization team and the difficulties encountered by them as well as the pre, trans and post stages of the project, informing the errors and successes for the next projects.
