Estudo bibliográfico sobre plantas alimentícias não convencionais (PANCS)

Abstract

Este artigo espera ensinar o que são PANC são plantas alimentícias não convencionais, isso é, plantas que são comestíveis más não são de uso comum no nosso cotidiano, mas isso difere de lugar para lugar, ao explicarmos para certas pessoas, havia muitas que afirmavam que já conheciam a planta, mas não tinham noção que eram PANC, ou muitas vezes PANC sem saber de certos perigos que elas ofereciam, como a taioba por exemplo. Sendo uma ótima fonte de proteínas, nutrientes, vitaminas e minerais são muito eficientes para se consumir no dia a dia, além disso são muito bonitas e são usadas muitas vezes como ornamentos, são fáceis de serem cuidadas por possuírem muitas resistências a doença e terem uma reprodução acelerada.
