Assédio moral e sexual na área de eventos

Abstract

Esse projeto de TCC tem como intuito fazer uma pesquisa sobre assédio sexual e moral, na área de Eventos. Mostraremos o que é assédio e como reagir a ele, relataremos também sobre o movimento ME TOO que foi iniciado por atrizes de HOLLYWOOD, falaremos também de alguns casos famosos que já acorreram em nosso país, como o caso do médico “Roger Abdelmassih”, processado por mais de 30 mulheres que sofreram abusos sexuais. Em nossa pesquisa deixaremos claro algumas leis que apoiam vítimas, como funcionam, como são os atendimentos em delegacias e quais são as punições para os agressores. O assédio é tão grave que novas Leis foram criadas para reforçar a regulamentação anterior de combate ao bullying (Lei 13.185/15 e 13.663/18), e que instituíram o programa de combate à intimidação sistemática (bullying) em todo o território nacional, e que tem o objetivo de conscientização e prevenção destes atos. Iremos ressaltar a Lei Maria da Penha (Lei 11.340/06) retratar suas características, as novidades trazidas para a Lei e contar um pouco de sua história. Indicaremos alguns números para denúncia, socorro, grupos de apoio e delegacias para ajudar as vítimas. Com isso queremos mostrar que as mulheres podem denunciar e expor o agressor sem medo, pois ele irá ser punido de acordo com o crime.

This TCC project aims to carry out research on harassment sexual and moral, in the Events area. We'll show you what harassment is and how react to it, we will also report on the ME TOO movement that was started by HOLLYWOOD actresses, we will also talk about some famous cases that have already occurred in our country, such as the case of the doctor “Roger Abdelmassih”, sued by more than 30 women who suffered sexual abuse. In our research we will make clear some laws that support victims, how they work, what are the services at police stations and what are the punishments for those aggressors. Harassment is so serious that new laws were created to reinforce the previous regulation to combat bullying (Laws 13,185/15 and 13,663/18), and who established the program to combat systematic intimidation (bullying) in throughout the national territory, and which aims to raise awareness and prevent of these acts. We will highlight the Maria da Penha Law (Law 11.340/06) to portray its characteristics, the news brought to the Law and tell a little about your story. We will indicate some numbers for reporting, assistance, groups of support and police stations to help victims. With this we want to show that the women can report and expose the aggressor without fear, as he will be punished according to the crime.
