Culturas periféricas em São Paulo: classe cult

Abstract

Este trabalho refere-se aos eventos culturais que acontecem nas regiões periféricas de São Paulo, e a sua importância para a cultura nacional, por ser uma cultura que vem ganhando voz a cada instante, mostrando que através dela o movimento periférico torna-se mais significante para a sociedade. A cultura é a ação de expressar uma crença, arte ou característica de um povo, por intermédio de uma parte da população, fazendo com que o movimento seja reconhecido de dentro para fora. Atualmente, vemos o quanto consumimos a cultura que vem da periferia, como podemos ver no: rap, funk, arte e resistência, além do samba, e suas variações. Além disso, entenderemos um pouco mais sobre a falta de engajamento provocada pela ausência da aplicação das políticas públicas, e de investimentos, para ajudar estas manifestações culturais, que cercam a periferia de São Paulo.

This work refers to the cultural events that take place in the outskirts of São Paulo, and its importance for the national culture, because it is a culture that has been gaining voice at every moment, showing that through it the peripheral movement becomes more significant for the society. Culture is the action of expressing a belief, art or characteristic of a people, through a part of the population, causing the movement to be recognized from the inside out. Currently, we see how much we consume the culture that comes from the periphery, as we can see in: hip hop, funk, art and resistance, besides samba, and its variations. In addition, we will understand a little more about the lack of engagement caused by the lack of the application of public policies, and of investments, than to help these cultural manifestations, which surround the periphery of São Paulo.
