Desafios e oportunidades para micro e pequenas empresas na indústria 4.0 na região de Americana (SP)

Abstract

O estudo a seguir tem como finalidade apresentar potenciais oportunidade e alertar sobre os desafios existentes para micro e pequenas empresas de Americana e região no contexto da Indústria 4.0, onde o rápido avanço tecnológico impõe diversas formas para essas empresas se apresentarem para o mercado. As micro e pequenas empresas são caracterizadas por baixa profissionalização nos aspectos gerenciais, fazendo com que sejam fragilizadas por tomadas de decisão muitas vezes sem estratégias eficazes. Por outro lado, possuem atualmente ferramentas, muitas vezes desconhecidas por seus empresários, para que possam se destacar e assim ganhar cada vez mais mercado. Foram considerados diversos estudos e autores ao longo da fundamentação teórica, que basearam o desenvolvimento de um questionário no qual as respostas foram utilizadas para decifrar e analisar as oportunidades e desafios presentes no objetivo do estudo. De acordo com os resultados obtidos ao final da pesquisa, notou-se que as micro e pequenas empresas analisadas apresentaram fragilidades já relatadas em estudos anteriores e oportunidades que se relacionam com o abordado pelos autores estudados no embasamento teórico. Objetivamente, ao longo do presente trabalho podemos observar as dinâmicas e características presentes em micro e pequenas empresas e como elas se relacionam com a nova realidade em que o mundo apresenta com o exponencial avanço tecnológico.

The following study aims to present potential opportunities and warn about the challenges that exist for micro and small companies in Americana and the region in the context of industry 4.0, where rapid technological advancement imposes different ways for these companies to present themselves to the market. Micro and small companies are characterized by low professionalization in management aspects, causing them to be weakened by decision-making that often lacks effective strategies. On the other hand, they currently have tools, often unknown to their entrepreneurs, so that they can stand out and thus gain more and more market share. Several studies and authors were considered throughout the theoretical foundation, which based the development of a questionnaire in which the answers were used to decipher and analyze the opportunities and challenges present in the objective of the study. According to the results obtained at the end of the research, it was noted that the micro and small companies analyzed presented weaknesses already reported in previous studies and opportunities that are related to what was addressed by the authors studied in the theoretical basis. Objectively, throughout this work we can observe the dynamics and characteristics present in micro and small companies and how they relate to the new reality that the world presents with exponential technological advancement.
