Projeto de uma habitação social: visando proporcionar bem-estar e segurança a pessoas com restrições físico-motoras e idosos

Abstract

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar um projeto de uma habitação social que atenda às necessidades atuais e futuras de indivíduos idosos e/ou com restrições físico-motoras, aplicando os conceitos de edificações voltados a atender a saúde, o bem-estar e a segurança dentro da residência. A pesquisa e o projeto habitacional se justificam pelo fato de atender as principais necessidades de uma pessoa com restrições físico-motoras em sua residência e qualificar uma solução de automação inclusiva domiciliar, definindo-se residências com soluções inteligentes e de fácil acesso. Para tanto, realizou-se uma pesquisa bibliográfica em livros, teses, dissertações, e artigos científicos no Scielo, Google Acadêmico, entre outros; além de pesquisa de campo, periódicos e revistas científicas, numa abordagem descritiva e estudo de caso com o projeto de residência com acessibilidade.

The present work aims to present a project for a social housing that meets the current and future needs of elderly and/or physically-motorly restricted individuals, applying the concepts of buildings aimed at meeting health, well-being and safety. inside the residence. The research and housing project are justified by the fact that they meet the main needs of a person with physical-motor restrictions in their home and qualify an inclusive home automation solution, defining homes with intelligent and easily accessible solutions. For that, a bibliographical research was carried out in books, theses, dissertations, and scientific articles in Scielo, Google Academic, among others; in addition to field research, journals and scientific journals, in a descriptive approach and case study with the residency project with accessibility.
