Gestão de estoque alinhada à produção da fábrica Bibelli Pelúcias

Abstract

A Gestão de Estoque tem como principal objetivo gerir o entreposto da produção, por meio de entradas de insumos e matérias-primas, assim faz-se o controle, redução ou maximização, manutenção e categorização do estoque. Posto isto, o seguinte Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso apresenta um estudo benéfico, a fim de minimizar a ineficiência presente no estoque da fábrica Bibelli Pelúcias. O estudo se desenvolve por intermédio da utilização dos princípios administrativos e renomados autores da Administração, que conseguinte, são aplicados no contexto fabril da empresa, desenvolvendo estratégias estoquistas e propostas de soluções. Em primeiro plano, compreende-se a história da Administração, juntamente com seus conceitos e processo evolutivo, para que assim seja visto a importância desde a antiguidade da humanidade, até sua propagação no Brasil, em paralelo com as formas de governo que são presentes até a atualidade. Evidencia-se também teorias e influenciadores que dão origem às áreas administrativas, como por exemplo a Teoria das relações Humanas, formulada pelo autor Elton Mayo, e a Teoria Estruturalista, desenvolvida pelo sociólogo Amitai Werner Etzioni, que trouxe grande impacto para a Gestão de Pessoas e Gestão de Estoque, a partir da compreensão das funções e cargos presentes na organização. Utilizando princípios desenvolvidos por autores de grande impacto no ramo é possível aprofundar conhecimentos, assim, são identificadas as problemáticas que a fábrica Bibelli Pelúcias apresenta. É de suma importância a contextualização do local onde a empresa se encontra e suas ineficiências, estabelecendo ferramentas que se apliquem a situação da empresa, contribuindo para uma melhora na estocagem, como o Treinamento e Desenvolvimento, 5 Sensos, Planejamento e Controle de Produção, Just In Time e Kanban. Com a aplicação destas, é possível que a empresa visualize e diminua impactos, a fim de usufruir do seu melhor desempenho. Dessarte, a equipe utiliza seu conhecimento próprio e inovações, contribuindo para que, com este auxilio, a organização realize melhorias e se destaque no mercado.

The main objective of Inventory Management is to manage the production inventory, through inputs and raw materials, in this way the control, reduction or maximization, maintenance and categorization of the stock is carried on. The present paper presentes a beneficial study, in order to minimize the inefficiencies, present in Bibelli Pelúcias production line. The study is developed through the use of administrative principles and renowned administration authors, which are applied in the company’s manufacturing context, developing stocking strategies and solution proposals. In the first place, understands the history of the Administration, along with its concepts and evolutionary progress, in order to see the importance since the antiquity of humanity, until the propagation in Brazil, in parallel with the forms of government that are still present today. There are also theories and influencers, that give rise administrative areas, for example, the Human Relationship Theory developed by the author Elton Mayo and the Structuralist Theory, developed by the sociologist Amitai Wemer Etzoni, that had a great impact on the People Management and Stock Management from an understanding of function and positions present in the organization. Using principles developed by authors of great impact in the field, deepening knowledge, in this way the problems that the Bibelli Pelúcias factory has are identified. It is of the utmost importance to contextualize the company’s location and its inefficiencies, establishing tools that apply to the company’s situation, contributing to improved storage, for example Training and Development, 5 Senses, Production Planning and Control, Just In Time and Kanban. With the application of these, it is possible that the company visualize and reduce impacts, in order to enjoy your best performance. That way, the team uses its own knowledge and innovations, contributed to the organization making improvements and standing out in the market.
