A mulher no mercado de trabalho da logística

Abstract

Atualmente a mulher está conquistando cada vez mais seu espaço no mercado de trabalho da logística, mas encontram alguns desafios e algumas oportunidades. Com isso, esse estudo teve como proposito encontrar informações sobre a atual situação da mulher no mercado de trabalho da logística, e sua evolução histórica, para compreendermos e analisarmos o aumento da presença feminina no ambiente predominante masculino, quais são os desafios e as oportunidades que elas encontram ao entrar para esse setor e o modo de como são vistas. O estudo foi realizado de acordo com dados de uma pesquisa onde três mulheres que atuam em diferentes áreas da logística responderam a um questionário sobre a vivência delas nesses setores, os resultados obtidos durante a pesquisa foi que mesmo a mulher sendo um “sexo frágil” e tendo muitos desafios ao decorrer de sua experiência na área elas são aptas para desenvolver o trabalho que são predestinados a elas. Isso significa que este estudo tem um impacto muito grande na sociedade e vimos o aumento da diversidade no mercado de trabalho da logística, isso fez com que as empresas se adaptassem a essa nova realidade, e as mulheres provando que não são apenas um rosto bonito, mas que tem a capacidade de fazer o trabalho.

Currently, women are conquering more and more of their space in the logistics job market, but they face some challenges and some opportunities. With this, this study aimed to find information about the current situation of women in the logistics job market, and its historical evolution, to understand and analyze the increase in the female presence in the predominantly male environment, what are the challenges and opportunities that they find when entering this sector and the way they are seen. The study was carried out according to data from a survey where three women who work in different areas of logistics answered a questionnaire about their experience in these sectors, the results obtained during the survey were that even though the woman is a "weaker sex" and having many challenges in the course of their experience in the area, they are able to develop the work that is predestined to them. This means that this study has a very big impact on society and we have seen an increase in diversity in the logistics job market, this has made companies adapt to this new reality, and women proving that they are not just a pretty face, but it has the ability to do the job.
