Um olhar para as fibras naturais e a influência das cardas na qualidade do fio

Abstract

O trabalho de conclusão de curso está embasado no objetivo geral em apreciar a matéria-prima utilizada na indústria têxtil, bem como apontar melhoramento no processo de cardagem, mostrando que um número alto de fibras curtas na fiação provenientes de uma cardagem não igualitária em suas fibras, dificulta a eficácia e produtividade na empresa. Tendo como metodologia a pesquisa de referencial bibliográfico explorando os campos primários e secundários da modalidade de pesquisa. A análise de toda a pesquisa será em fatos que norteará os resultados do estudo proposto, em sua relevância podendo ser apresentados resultados que possam ser convergências, divergências e complementaridades aos estudos. Por fim, a análise dos resultados da pesquisa será utilizada a pesquisa exploratória com o estudo de um problema, com complementação no estudo de caso, na técnica de observação, com dados qualitativos explicando como pode ser resolvido tal questão. Assim o trabalho configura no conhecimento da indústria têxtil brasileira, os tipos de matéria prima utilizada no processo de cardagem e como se faz todo trabalho na máquina cardas para obter eficiência na produtividade e qualidade da fibra, por fim as considerações finais de todo processo da pesquisa.

The course conclusion work is based on the general objective of appreciating the raw material used in the textile industry, as well as pointing out improvements in the carding process, showing that a high number of short fibers in the spinning coming from an unequal carding in its fibers, hinders the company's efficiency and productivity. Having as methodology the bibliographic reference research exploring the primary and secondary fields of the research modality. The analysis of the entire research will be based on facts that will guide the results of the proposed study, in its relevance and results that may be convergences, divergences and complementarities to the studies can be presented. Finally, the analysis of the research results will be used exploratory research with the study of a problem, with complementation in the case study, in the observation technique, with qualitative data explaining how this issue can be resolved. Thus, the work configures the knowledge of the Brazilian textile industry, the types of raw material used in the carding process and how all work is done on the carding machine to obtain efficiency in the productivity and quality of the fiber, finally the final considerations of the entire research process.
