A padronização das costuras da calça jeans em confecção

Abstract

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo estudar basicamente como é elaborado a montagem de uma calça jeans e como as costuras são feitas na peça garantindo uma qualidade de produção, dentro das normas técnicas da ABNT, assim podendo ser aplicado conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo do curso produção têxtil. Tendo como finalidade a revisão das normas, no sentido de melhorar a interpretação para o usuário com explicações mais detalhadas e com novas ilustrações, desenhos e fotos de como e realizada uma costura em uma calça jeans. Utilizando da metodologia de pesquisa em literaturas e pesquisa exploratória em campo, junto com os profissionais que atuam no setor da confecção. Contudo para aprimorar o estudo, realizou-se uma pesquisa exploratória nas empresas de confecção as dúvidas dos profissionais em como executar uma costura, dentro de uma produtividade e inovação no ramo da indústria têxtil. Entretanto pretende-se esclarecer que a junção do estudo do manual com a ficha técnica é essencial para profissionais não cometerem erros na produção de peças de acordo com o modelo realizado pelo estilista. Embora todas as informações da ficha técnica é importante ter um exemplo na linha de produção de vestuário, uma vez que todos podem realizar a confecção da mesma peça, assim pode se configurar-se que na linha de produção terá poucos erros e podendo facilitar a mão de obra dos ficcionistas que recebem as peças já cortadas para montagem. O trabalho compreende na história do jeanswear, a indústria; a aplicação das normas da ABNT na confecção do jeans, em método e processo, resultados e considerações finais.

The present work aims to basically study how the assembly of jeans is elaborated and which seams are made in the garment, guaranteeing a quality of production, within the standards and techniques of ABNT, thus being able to apply knowledge acquired during the course of textile production. With the purpose of reviewing the standards, in order to improve the interpretation for the user with more detailed explanations and with new illustrations, drawings and photos of how sewing is done on a pair of jeans. Using the literature research methodology and exploratory research in the field, together with professionals working in the clothing sector. However, in order to improve the study, an exploratory research was carried out within the work in the garment companies, the doubts of the professionals on how to perform a sewing, within a productivity and innovation in the branch of the textile industry. However, it is intended to clarify that the combination of the study of the manual with the technical sheet is essential for professionals not to make mistakes in the production of pieces according to the model made by the stylist. Although all the information is counted in the technical sheet, it is important to have an example in the clothing production line, since everyone can make the same garment, so it can be configured that in the production line there will be few errors and may facilitate the labor of fictionalists who receive the pieces already cut for assembly. However the work comprises in the history of jeanswear, the industry; the application of ABNT standards in the making of jeans, in method and process, results and final considerations.
