Percepção da inteligência artificial no cotidiano

Abstract

O conceito de Inteligência Artificial cresceu com o avanço da tecnologia e suas atribuições são essenciais em diversos setores. Este artigo analisa o impacto das tecnologias emergentes na vida e na segurança dos usuários dos sistemas de inteligência artificial. A pesquisa visa compreender como os empregados e os usuários de tecnologia percebem o impacto desses sistemas; quais são as suas avaliações sobre os benefícios e os riscos; e quais são as estratégias que propõem para enfrentar os desafios que esses sistemas trazem para a sua atuação. A metodologia da pesquisa consiste em uma coleta de dados por meio de um questionário, elaborado para obter informações relevantes para cada objetivo. Este artigo apresenta os resultados de uma pesquisa que investigou a percepção dos profissionais e dos usuários de tecnologia sobre esses aspectos da Inteligência Artificial e sua necessidade de necessidade de uma maior transparência dos sistemas e cuidado para segurança de dados e seu uso ético.

The concept of Artificial Intelligence has grown with the advancement of technology and its attributions are essential in several sectors. This article analyzes the impact of emerging technologies on the life and safety of users of artificial intelligence systems. The research aims to understand how employees and technology users perceive the impact of these systems; what are your assessments of benefits and risks; and what are the strategies they propose to face the challenges that these systems bring to their performance. The research methodology consists of data collection through a questionnaire, designed to obtain relevant information for each objective. This article presents the results of a survey that investigated the perception of professionals and technology users about these aspects of Artificial Intelligence and their need for greater transparency of systems and care for data security and its ethical use.
