Abstract

Nos últimos anos temos visto a educação sendo modernizada, utilizando isso como um benefício para os estudos. Escolas que abraçaram o uso das novas tecnologias e modernizaram tanto a prática pedagógica quanto os processos administrativos descobriram que é possível realizar as mesmas tarefas que antes com um esforço muito menor e, além disso, perceberam que as novas tecnologias também criaram novas possibilidades que não existiriam sem elas (ANTONIO,2009, s/n). Contudo é de conhecimento geral que a gestão das salas de informática nas escolas públicas brasileiras tem uma grande dificuldade na implantação de uma organização para o agendamento do laboratório, atrapalhando na funcionalidade da sala. Mediante essa pesquisa, foi desenvolvido um levantamento de requisitos, que resultou no desenvolvimento de um software para auxiliar nessa dificuldade de organização em agendamentos de laboratório. Com isto, os professores terão auxílio na prática pedagógica, visando um melhor desempenho nos estudos. A Função deste software é facilitar o dia a dia nas escolas trazendo uma modernização, organização e controle nas salas de informáticas. O problema que temos proposito de resolver, seria a organização da sala, assim os professores agendariam os computadores, e teriam um controle de quem estaria lá utilizando os computadores.

In recent years we have seen education being modernized, using this as a benefit for studies. Schools that have embraced the use of new technologies and modernized both pedagogical practice and administrative processes have discovered that it is possible to perform the same tasks as before with much less effort and, in addition, have realized that new technologies have also created new possibilities that would not exist without them (ANTONIO, 2009, s/n). However, it is common knowledge that the management of computer rooms in Brazilian public schools has great difficulty in implementing an organization for scheduling the laboratory, hindering the functionality of the room. Through this research, a survey of requirements was developed, which resulted in the development f a software program to assist in this difficulty in organizing laboratory scheduling. With this, teachers will have help in their pedagogical practice, aiming for a better performance in their studies. The function of this software is to facilitate the daily routine at schools, bringing modernization, organization, and control to the computer rooms. The problem that we intend to solve would be the organization of the room, so that teachers could schedule the computers, and have control of who would be using the computers.
