Principais causas dos transtornos mentais no ambiente de trabalho no tempo pandêmico

Abstract

No ano de 2020, instaurou-se no Brasil a pandemia por conta do vírus COVID-19 e com isso grandes impactos sobre a população. Um dos efeitos negativos foram os impactos causados no ambiente de trabalho, em que houveram diversas discussões, dentre elas foi investigar detalhadamente a origem das doenças mentais, observando mitos e questões históricas. Em seguida, analisar as principais doenças que são a depressão e a ansiedade, compreendendo de forma profunda os tipos de consequências que elas trazem a saúde, além de averiguar como os ambientes de trabalho foram afetados, e que muitos dos funcionários começaram a ficar desanimados e não conseguiam se concentrar diretamente com o trabalho que eram designados a eles e como ficaram aqueles que trabalhavam em casa enquanto se preocupavam com os seus afazeres pessoais, sendo que muitas das vezes acabam se tornando difícil ficar tanto tempo em casa, precisando cuidar de crianças, cônjuges ou outros parentes do seu convívio, que acabou se tornando algo muito estressante. Por fim, o desemprego que atingiu muitos dos trabalhadores durante a pandemia, pois perder o trabalho, principalmente em um momento tão difícil, acaba se tornando algo significativo e preocupante para muitos na questão financeira e nos recursos básicos próprios ou para a família, sendo um momento extremamente desesperador quando durante esse tempo se torna complicado de se encontrar empregos já que estava ocorrendo a redução de funcionários para diminuir a quantidade de pessoas que ficam concentrados em um único local, assim dá um apoio para que tenha o distanciamento entre os indivíduos que estão trabalhando em determinadas empresas.
