VOCATUS – Aplicação web para controle de presença

Abstract

A forma como é efetuada as presenças em reuniões é uma das coisas que se deve mudar para facilitar o dia a dia das pessoas, para não acabar prejudicando os indivíduos. Dessa forma, uma das responsabilidades dos orientadores de reuniões é manter o controle de comparecimento ou não das pessoas na mesma, já que o acompanhamento dessas informações permite que seja observado a frequentação dos presentes naquele ambiente. Com os avanços tecnológicos, pode-se atender e melhorar os processos rotineiros de efetuar a presença em uma reunião e com isso, é possível a criação de sistemas que possibilitam gerenciar esses tipos de dados, isto é, mais rapidamente e com maior eficácia. Este projeto tem como objetivo apresentar o sistema Vocatus a fim de facilitar e agilizar a realização do procedimento de efetuar presenças para reuniões. Foram utilizados como referências para a formulação do referente assunto, além de sites e blogs de tecnologia, dissertações sobre ferramentas tecnológicas de auxílio ao controle de presença em sala de aula. Conclui-se que, a realização do software auxiliará as universitárias a intensificar os seus conhecimentos na área de Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, de forma que foram realizadas diversas pesquisas para a formulação deste sistema.

The way the attendance in meetings is done is one of the things that must change in order to make people's day to day life easier and not end up hurting individuals. In this way, one of the responsibilities of the meeting's directors is to keep track of the attendance or non-attendance of people in the meeting, since the monitoring of this information allows the attendance of those present in that environment to be observed. With technological advances, it is possible to meet and improve the routine processes of checking attendance in a meeting, and with this, it is possible to create systems that make it possible to manage this type of data, that is, faster and more efficiently. The objective of this project is to present the Vocatus system in order to facilitate and speed up the procedure of making attendance at meetings. We used as references for the formulation of this subject, besides websites and technology blogs, dissertations about technological tools to help control attendance in the classroom. It is concluded that the realization of the software will help the university students to intensify their knowledge in the area of System Development, in a way that several researches were carried out for the formulation of this system.
