Intensificação do Home Office no Brasil no Cenário Pandêmico: uma análise dos impactos causados nas relações de trabalho

Abstract

Diante do advento pandemia, decretada em março de 2020 pela OMS, novas configurações de trabalho se intensificaram, dadas pelas imposições do cenário. Sabendo-se que a modalidade de trabalho home office permeou nesse contexto e serviu como um divisor de águas no âmbito do trabalho, este relato de pesquisa tem por objetivo, fazer uma análise comparativa de dois estudos publicados sobre a intensificação do home office no cenário pandêmico na percepção dos trabalhadores, e assim trazer as conclusões a respeito. Esta pesquisa possui caráter descritivo e o procedimento técnico utilizado foi a pesquisa bibliográfica com abordagem qualitativa, que reuniu informações e dados que serviram de base para a construção da investigação proposta, a fim de se obter um conhecimento mais profundo sobre o tema, e pela análise descritiva dos dados foi possível trazer as considerações finais sobre o objeto de estudo, contribuindo e entregando uma perspectiva de um futuro próximo, denominado mundo do trabalho no pós pandemia, na percepção dos trabalhadores brasileiros.

In the face of the pandemic advent, enacted in March 2020 by the WHO, new work configurations intensified, given the impositions of the scenario. Knowing that the home office work modality permeated this context and served as a watershed in the scope of work, this research report aims to make a comparative analysis of two published studies on the intensification of the home office in the scenario of pandemic in the perception of workers, and thus bring the conclusions about it. This research has a descriptive character and the technical procedure used was the bibliographical research with a qualitative approach, which gathered information and data that served as the basis for the construction of the proposed research, in order to obtain a deeper knowledge on the subject, and through the descriptive analysis of the data it was possible to bring the final considerations about the object of study, contributing and delivering a perspective of a near future, called the world of work in the post pandemic, in the perception of Brazilian workers.
