Software para Biblioteca Equipe: 7DEVS

Abstract

A abordagem temática, assim como a necessidade do programa, foi comprovada através da experiência na biblioteca, onde era evidente a grande quantidade de informações sendo registradas manualmente, aumentando a probabilidade de erros. Portanto, o objetivo central deste sistema é oferecer ao responsável pela administração da biblioteca uma maior eficácia e velocidade para armazenar e manipular as informações necessárias para o bom funcionamento do local, automatizando a manutenção desses dados. Com base nisso, o projeto foi concebido em colaboração com a escola, realizando uma entrevista com a bibliotecária para coletar as informações necessárias para o desenvolvimento do programa. Através dessa análise, do conhecimento adquirido sobre sistemas de bibliotecas e da compreensão dos requisitos necessários para a criação do software, este documento aborda os processos para a sua produção. Espera-se que, com o uso deste software, seja possível armazenar informações importantes da biblioteca, tais como cadastros e empréstimos, além de facilitar a gestão do acervo bibliotecário.

The thematic approach, as well as the need for the program, has been proven through the experience in the library, where it was evident the great amount of information being recorded manually, increasing the likelihood of errors. Therefore, the central objective of this system is to offer the person responsible for library administration greater efficiency and speed to store and manipulate the information necessary for the proper functioning of the site, automating the maintenance of this data. Based on this, the project was designed in collaboration with the school, conducting an interview with the librarian to collect the information necessary for the development of the program. Through this analysis, the knowledge acquired about systems of libraries and understanding the requirements needed to create the software, this document discusses the processes for its production. Expected that, with the use of this software, it is possible to store information of the library, such as records and loans, in addition to facilitating the management of the library collection.
