Abstract

Este estudo objetivou compreender os desafios dos imigrantes que residem no estado de São Paulo, mais especificamente na cidade de Marília-SP, bem como identificar e descrever as técnicas aprendidas sobre as legislações, pelos alunos atuantes, para então poder discutir como minimizar as dificuldades que os imigrantes possuem ao residir em território brasileiro, tudo isso com base nos conhecimentos obtidos em sala de aula. Para tanto, foi utilizado como metodologia a coleta de dados, as pesquisas bibliográficas, as leis, pesquisas de campo, por meio de conteúdos levantados sobre a teoria, os desafios e as exigências que os estrangeiros enfrentam ao chegar em território desconhecido, sem saber como se legalizar por meio de entrevistas. A partir da análise de dados pode-se perceber a importância que tem para um imigrante saber, corretamente, aonde ir, o que levar e como fazer para poder obter seu documento e ficar legalmente no país, fator decisivo se tornou conseguir transmitir as experiências jurídicas para estes. Foi verificado o processo histórico dos estrangeiros no Brasil, como tudo começou e o que isso diferencia na atualidade. Enfim, por meio do estudo realizado e dos questionários aplicados foi possível confirmar que estes problemas precisavam ser resolvidos e para isso foi viável construir um site e aplicativo para transmitir informações que pudessem ajudá-los nas questões imprescindíveis que estão ligadas a oportunidade de uma vida melhor para todos que residem em nosso país.

ABSTRACT: This study aimed to understand the challenges of immigrants residing in the state of São Paulo, more specifically in the city of Marília-SP, as well as to identify and describe the techniques learned about legislation by active students, in order to then be able to discuss how to minimize the difficulties that immigrants have when residing in Brazilian territory, all based on the knowledge obtained in the classroom. For that, data collection, bibliographical research, laws, field research were used as a methodology, through contents raised on the theory, challenges and requirements that foreigners face when arriving in unknown territory, without knowing how become legal through interviews. From the analysis of the data, it is possible to perceive the importance that it has for an immigrant to know, correctly, where to go, what to take and how to do it in order to obtain his document and stay in the country legally, a decisive factor became being able to transmit the legal experiences For these. The historical process of foreigners in Brazil was verified, how it all started and what this differentiates today. Finally, through the study carried out and the questionnaires applied, it was possible to confirm that these problems needed to be solved and for that it was feasible to build a website and application to transmit information that could help them in the essential questions that are linked to the opportunity of a better life. for everyone residing in our country.
