Engenharia social durante a pandemia do Covid-19

Abstract

Com o grande avanço tecnológico, houve diversidade de serviços que se tornaram digitais, desde serviços bancários até compras de supermercado migraram do físico para o digital. Com aumento de diferentes tipos de serviços online, houve o aumento de casos de fraudadores e golpistas que tentam das mais diferentes formas roubar dados ou mesmo dinheiro de suas vítimas. Em 2019, houve grande mudança mundial, visto que, a grande pandemia tomou conta do mundo todo, fazendo com que muitas pessoas não conseguissem mais sair de casa para fazer atividades diárias. Porém. para solucionar muitas situações, diversos serviços que antes eram feitos presenciais, começou a ser realizado remotamente. E o resultado desse aumento de atividades online, foi o aumento de tentativas de roubos e ataques cibernéticos. Este estudo tem como objetivo demostrar algumas formas de ataques, ferramentas que podem ser usadas para a mitigação de ataques e roubo de dados.

The technology is increasing every day and it happened that differently types of services are becoming digital, since banking services until grocery shopping, they were from physical and now they are digital. This encounter between the increasing of many kinds of online services, there is an increasing of fraudsters that try to steal data or money with different tools from their victims. In 2019, the entire world has changed, since a big pandemic spread worldwide, making many people even could not go out from their houses to make the daily activities. To solve many situations, some services that in the past were physical, became digital. As a result of this huge online services was the huge number of stealing of money and cyberattack. The goal of this study is to show some cyberattack types and the tools that can be used to mitigate the attack and stealing of data.
