Abstract: Quantum computing is considered today as a disruptive technology, which unlike traditional classic computing, uses the innovative and intriguing concepts of quantum mechanics to understand their mode of execution. This technology has been a project that has been developed since the late twentieth century, when quantum theories began to shake the structures of classical physics and scientists such as Paul Benioff and Richard Feynman proposed the possibility of applying such theories to computer. Today, quantum computers not only exist, but they work in areas of technology and solve problems that classic computers cannot solve, which is a solid step towards the technology that is in their early stages. Unfortunately, however, the practice of quantum theories requires delicacy and constant maintenance, due to the needs of temperature, energy and confinement computers, which represents a hindrance and also an incentive for the evolution of research. In this paper will be demonstrated the mathematical and physical concepts necessary for the understanding of the quantum computer, as will be seen some algorithms actually performed by quantum computers and will be shown research works and scientific articles to exemplify the various areas of quantum computing expertise: cryptography, Machine Learning and Drug Development. The proposal of a future for technology demonstrates the need for continuity of research and ensures a hopeful look so that in a few years there is a considerable evolution in its possibilities.
This study aimed to highlight the importance of preserving species and biodiversity, which is a way of improving the quality of life for everyone on the planet, including human. Technology is innovating all sectors of activity and it has opened doors to reinvent processes that were done by humans, starting to be done by machines. Artificial intelligence can help endangered animals in a faster and more organized way, and in order to substantiate this, bibliographical research, exploration of case studies and platforms that are relevant in the area of Sustainability. Some of the difficulties to preserve were explained, as well as the fundamentals of artificial intelligence technology to measure the situation and the benefits it can bring. Finally, the case studies present the practical results, that technology is actually increasing efficiency, effectiveness and facilitating the work of conservation agents.
