Sistema de reserva para laboratório de informática

Abstract

Este projeto tem como objetivo ajudar as instituições de ensino, visando resolver o problema do professor na hora de realizar o agendamento e organizar os horários de uso para evitar duplicidade de horário, e para quando for usar o laboratório já estar com os softwares instalados nas máquinas. Evitar com que tenha desistência caso o docente agende e não o utilize, impedindo a confusão e a desorganização de horários nos períodos que os laboratórios estão disponíveis. Através desta ferramenta o administrador poderá ser capaz de efetuar consultas e reservas de horários na agenda dos laboratórios de informática via web e o professor receberá as informações via e-mail. Com a utilização deste sistema, pretende-se abolir o uso do papel durante a reserva, possibilitar consultas à agenda via web, organizar essa agenda de maneira mais eficaz. Nesta primeira parte do trabalho, o professor fará o agendamento através de um formulário (google forms), onde o administrador fará reserva no sistema de agendamento. O sistema trará maior comodidade, autonomia e agilidade ao gerenciamento do laboratório de informática e que não tenha as fichas de solicitação em papel e por vezes despendendo de esforços desnecessários a uma atividade trivial.

This project aims to help the educational institutions, aiming to solve the problem of the teacher in time to schedule and organize the schedules of use to avoid duplicate schedules, and to be able to use the laboratory with the software already installed on the machines. To prevent the teacher from giving up the lab in case he/she doesn't use it, preventing the confusion and disorganization of schedules in the periods that the labs are available. Through this tool the administrator will be able to make consultations and reservations in the schedule of the computer labs via web and the teacher will receive the information via email. With the use of this system, the intention is to abolish the use of paper during the reservation, to make it possible to consult the agenda via web, and to organize this agenda in a more effective way. In this first part of the work, the teacher will schedule through a form (google forms), where the administrator will make a reservation in the scheduling system. The system will bring greater convenience, autonomy and agility to the management of the computer lab and not have the request forms on paper and sometimes spending unnecessary effort on a trivial activity.
