Projeto Mrs. Beauty: sistema de salão de beleza

Abstract

No documento a seguir, serão descritas pesquisas realizadas e o planejamento de processos em prol do desenvolvimento de um projeto voltado para a área da beleza, especificamente em relação ao gerenciamento de agendamentos de clientes em um salão de beleza. O Brasil está colocado em 4° lugar no ranking dos países que mais cuidam da beleza no mundo, mostrando que as pessoas vêm cada vez mais buscando a aparência ideal através de serviços oferecidos em salões de beleza. Com o intuito de evitar conflitos de horários entre clientes e melhor gerenciar os agendamentos em um salão de beleza onde apenas existe um sistema manual, que acaba gerando esquecimento de agendamentos, foi pensado no projeto Mrs. Beauty, um sistema web de agendamento para um salão de beleza.

In the following document, research carried out and the planning of processes for the development of a project aimed at the beauty area will be described, specifically in relation to the management of customer appointments in a beauty salon. Brazil is ranked 4th in the ranking of the countries that most care for beauty in the world, showing that people are increasingly looking for the ideal appearance through services offered in beauty salons. In order to avoid scheduling conflicts between clients and better manage appointments in a beauty salon where there is only a manual system, which ends up causing appointments to be forgotten, the project Mrs. Beauty was created, a web-based scheduling system for a beauty salon.
