Desafio das ONG’s durante a pandemia e suas ações positivas

Abstract

As ONGs – Organizações Não Governamentais, são instituições privadas que não possuem fins lucrativos e que atuam na sociedade civil com o propósito de promover ações solidárias dos mais diversos cunhos. Nesse ínterim, durante o período pandêmico, tais entidades enfrentaram uma série de dificuldades, portanto, o objetivo central do estudo, é analisar como essas companhias continuaram atuando mesmo em meio as perdas de apoio financeiro, interrupções de atividades presenciais e a habituação a compromissos remotos, bem como, entender quais as iniciativas tomadas para a resolução destes problemas. Dessa forma, foram levantados dados sobre duas ONGs entrevistadas, sendo eles, os maiores desafios encontrados na execução de seus trabalhos, e, por fim, compreender quais os impactos positivos causados na vida das sociedades em que atuam.

NGOs – Non-Governmental Organizations, are private institutions that are not for profit and that work in civil society with the purpose of promoting solidarity actions of various sizes. In the meantime, during the pandemic period, these entities faced a series of difficulties, so the central objective of the study is to analyze how these companies continued to act even in the midst of losses of financial support, interruptions of face-to-face activities and habituation to remote commitments, as well as to understand the initiatives taken to solve these problems. Thus, data were collected on two NGOs interviewed, being the greatest challenges encountered in the execution of their work, and, finally, understand what positive impacts caused on the lives of the societies in which they operate.
