Como melhorar a gestão da qualidade no setor de recebimento para evitar possíveis falhas no processo produtivo

Abstract

ste projeto trata­se da empresa Shammaluz lustres e luminárias que através de pesquisas de campo mostra a empresa em suas subdivisões como, por exemplo, as funções hierárquicas de cada setor, trata­se dos 4P, como é feita a criação de um novo produto, como surgem as ideias e junto com a ideia a que publico em especifico a empresa está focada, a ação de Marketing dos produtos, considerando as características regionais, as promoções feitas para divulgação da linha de seus produtos. Com base em pesquisas feitas pode­se dizer que o ramo da construção civil e de decoração é um dos principais parceiros do setor. O ramo de lustres e luminárias está aquecido em decorrência do crescimento de outros setores, e isto também não só trazem benefícios como criam fortes concorrências, pois quando o mercado cresce alguns empresários querem ter seu espaço mesmo sem conhecer do setor. Mas este setor, também tem algumas fragilidades e ameaças onde podemos citar uma principal que são os produtos importados que tem sua mão de obra e matéria prima muito baixa o que deixa o mercado nacional em desvantagem quando fala­se do preço final do produto. Foi feito pesquisas através de livros e sites que tratam assuntos voltados a área de Logística, como por exemplo, os avanços tecnológicos do setor mostrando toda sua evolução, o que está na moda, sua ascensão e seu declínio. Em ciclo de vida do setor, tratará de um produto que era muito procurado em sua época e que tinha uma grande procura e teve um declínio e nos dias de hoje tem uma baixa procura, e também como está o setor, se ele estará em baixa ou em alta. Em uma análise mais profunda abordaremos qual será o potencial da empresa, onde ela é mais vulnerável como ela busca no mercado oportunidades de crescimento e quais são seus concorrentes mais fortes. O foco de estudo deste projeto é trazer soluções que venham a melhorar o desempenho da área de recebimento na empresa Shammaluz, visando uma melhor distribuição do espaço físico, como também em buscar alternativas que viabilizem a melhor distribuição das tarefas, isso porque se observou no aspecto geral que a empresa não tem normas de procedimentos documentadas que possibilitem o desenvolvimento natural no andamento das atividades desta área. A idéia é fazer com que este espaço se torne em um ambiente onde as atividades atribuídas a este setor sejam as mais objetivas possíveis de modo que todos que trabalhem nesta área tenham o conhecimento das atribuições nelas inseridas para que na ausência do colaborador outro possa substituí­lo para execução das tarefas

Research was carried out through books and websites that deal with issues related to area of ​​Logistics, such as the technological advances in the sector showing all its evolution, what is in fashion, its rise and its decline. in cycle of life of the sector, will deal with a product that was very sought after at the time and that had a great demand and had a decline and nowadays it has a low demand, and also how the sector is doing, whether it will be down or up. In a deeper analysis we will approach what will be the potential of company, where it is most vulnerable as it seeks market opportunities for growth and who are your strongest competitors. The study focus of this project is to bring solutions that will improve the performance of the receiving area in the company Shammaluz, aiming at a better distribution of the physical space, as well as in seeking alternatives that make possible the better distribution of tasks, because it was observed in the general aspect that the company does not have documented procedural rules that enable the natural development in the course of activities in this area. The idea is to do 8 with that this space becomes an environment where the activities assigned to this sector are as objective as possible so that everyone who works in this area have knowledge of the attributions included in them so that in the absence of the employee another can replace him/her to perform the tasks
