Abstract

Este trabalho discute a cooperação entre família e órgãos públicos na efetividade da proteção jurídica da criança vítima de abuso sexual. Busca-se compreender como a atuação conjunta pode fortalecer a rede de apoio, garantindo não apenas o acolhimento imediato, mas também o acesso contínuo aos direitos fundamentais da criança. A análise evidencia que a ausência de informações jurídicas claras e de acompanhamento adequado fragiliza a proteção, aumentando a vulnerabilidade da vítima e de sua família. Assim, o estudo aponta a necessidade de uma orientação jurídica eficiente e de políticas públicas integradas que assegurem maior efetividade na defesa dos direitos da criança.

This study discusses the cooperation between family and public institutions in the effectiveness of legal protection for children who are victims of sexual abuse. It seeks to understand how joint action can strengthen the support network, ensuring not only immediate care but also continuous access to the child’s fundamental rights. The analysis shows that the lack of clear legal information and proper followup weakens protection, increasing the vulnerability of the victim and their family. Therefore, the research highlights the need for efficient legal guidance and integrated public policies to ensure greater effectiveness in defending children’s rights.
