Logística reversa: estudo aplicado aos jovens da ETEC Santa Rosa de Viterbo

Abstract

A logística reversa é uma estratégia que visa gerenciar e otimizar o retorno de produtos e resíduos ao ciclo produtivo, reduzindo impactos ambientais negativos e aumentando a eficiência econômica e social. Neste artigo, foi realizada uma pesquisa com os alunos da ETEC de Santa Rosa de Viterbo para investigar o conhecimento e a compreensão sobre a logística reversa. Os resultados mostraram que ainda há uma falta de conhecimento sobre o assunto, indicando a necessidade de maior educação e conscientização. Propõe-se a implementação de programas educacionais sobre logística reversa nas escolas, além do envolvimento de empresas e órgãos governamentais na divulgação e incentivo da prática. É fundamental que os alunos compreendam a importância da logística reversa para a preservação do meio ambiente e para o desenvolvimento sustentável da sociedade.

Reverse logistics is a strategy that aims to manage and optimize the return of products and waste to the production cycle, reducing negative environmental impacts and increasing economic and social efficiency. In this article, a survey was carried out with students at ETEC in Santa Rosa de Viterbo to investigate their knowledge and understanding of reverse logistics. The results showed that there is still a lack of knowledge on the subject, indicating the need for greater education and awareness. It is proposed to implement educational programs on reverse logistics in schools, in addition to the involvement of companies and government bodies in disseminating and encouraging the practice. It is essential that students understand the importance of reverse logistics for preserving the environment and for the sustainable development of society.
