SGES: sistema de gerenciamento de estágio supervisionado

Abstract

Uma etapa obrigatória para a obtenção do título de tecnólogo nos cursos da Fatec Arthur de Azevedo de Mogi Mirim é a realização do estágio, o qual consiste em atividades profissional, social e cultural desenvolvidas em um ambiente de trabalho com atividades relacionadas à área de formação dos alunos. Após serem realizadas entrevistas e análises do atual processo de estágio adotado pela Fatec – Mogi Mirim para iniciar um novo estágio ou para obter a equivalência profissional, constataram se necessidades e vislumbrou-se a possibilidade de melhorias utilizando tecnologia da informação para contribuir na solução de problemas ou evolução no processo de tramitação de documentos, andamento e finalização de estágio supervisionado, status do processo e envio de alerta como comunicação automática a cada realização de uma atividade dentro do processo. O objetivo do trabalho foi o estudo do fluxo do processo de gestão do estágio, a apresentação de documentações formalizando os fluxos, o desenvolvimento do backend de um Sistema de Gerenciamento de Estágio, no qual todas as informações relacionadas a estágio sejam acompanhadas de maneira ágil e com visibilidade e a proposta de frontend com telas ilustrativas para a interface. A metodologia de pesquisa utilizada foi a pesquisa bibliográfica com o intuito de fundamentar as teorias utilizadas. O método Design Thinking foi utilizado para se ter uma abordagem focada nas dores do público-alvo, o Scrum para elaboração, andamento e finalização das tarefas e o XP para entender e favorecer as principais carências a serem desenvolvidas. Para o frontend foram elaboradas telas ilustrativas para a interface e que futuramente serão ligadas ao backend. O backend foi desenvolvido utilizando os frameworks Spring Boot e o MySQL para o banco de dados, enquanto as telas de frontend foram realizadas no Figma. Como documentações, foram desenvolvidos detalhamentos dos pacotes backend utilizados, diagramas de classes e de banco de dados e o Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) do processo atual de estágio. O projeto mostrou-se consistente e espera-se apresentar uma ferramenta que centralizará informações, tornará mais fácil a verificação de documentos e condição em que se encontra um processo individual e alertar via e mail estes status, modernizando o processo e facilitando para a coordenação, alunos e empresas

A mandatory step for obtaining the title of technologist in courses at Fatec Arthur de Azevedo de Mogi Mirim is the internship, which consists of professional, social and cultural development activities in a work environment with activities related to the training area from the students. After conducting interviews and analyzes of the current internship process adopted by Fatec - Mogi Mirim to start a new internship or to obtain professional equivalence, the needs were verified and the possibility of improvements was seen using information technology to contribute to the problem solving or evolution in the process of processing documents, progress and completion of supervised internship, process status and sending alerts as automatic communication at each performance of an activity within the process. The objective of the work was the study of the flow of the internship management process, the presentation of documentation formalizing the flows, the development of the backend of an Internship Management System, in which all the information related to the internship is contemporary in an agile and with visibility and the frontend proposal with illustrative screens for the interface. The research methodology used was bibliographical research in order to substantiate the theories used. The Design Thinking method was used to have an approach focused on the pain of the target audience, Scrum for the elaboration, progress and completion of tasks and XP to understand and favor the main needs to be developed. For the frontend, illustrative screens were created for the interface that will be applied to the backend in the future. The backend was developed using Spring Boot frameworks and MySQL for the database, while the frontend screens were created in Figma. As documentation, the backend packages used, class and database diagrams and the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) of the current stage process were detailed. The project proved to be consistent and it is expected to present a tool that will centralize information, making it easier to verify documents and conditioning an individual process and alerting these statuses via e-mail, modernizing the process and facilitating coordination. , students and companies.
