Gestão ambiental: implantação da ISO 14001 nas empresas

Abstract

A implementação da norma ISO 14001 é fundamental para fortalecer a gestão ambiental nas empresas, especialmente em um contexto de crescente conscientização ambiental. A falta de um sistema de gestão estruturado pode levar a impactos negativos significativos no ambiente. A norma ISO 14001 oferece um framework detalhado para a implementação de práticas ambientais sustentáveis e responsáveis. O objetivo geral deste estudo é analisar a influência da implementação da ISO 14001 nas empresas em seu desempenho ambiental e sua capacidade de cumprir requisitos legais e regulatórios. A metodologia proposta inclui uma revisão sistemática da literatura, buscando identificar estudos relevantes sobre o tema. A partir dessa revisão, será possível contextualizar o conhecimento existente e identificar lacunas que possam ser exploradas neste estudo. Portanto, a implementação da ISO 14001 é mais do que uma obrigação regulatória; é uma estratégia corporativa inteligente que beneficia a empresa em várias frentes, contribuindo para um futuro sustentável tanto para as organizações quanto para a sociedade como um todo.

The implementation of the ISO 14001 standard is essential to strengthen environmental management in companies, especially in a context of growing environmental awareness. The ISO 14001 standard offers a detailed framework for implementing sustainable and responsible environmental practices. The general objective of this study is to analyze the influence of the implementation of ISO 14001 on companies on their environmental performance and their ability to comply with legal and regulatory requirements. The proposed methodology includes a systematic review of the literature, seeking to identify relevant studies on the topic. From this review, it will be possible to contextualize existing knowledge and identify gaps that can be explored in this study. Therefore, implementing ISO 14001 is more than a regulatory obligation; It is an intelligent corporate strategy that benefits the company on several fronts, contributing to a sustainable future for both organizations and society as a whole.
