Abstract

Esse plano de negócio tem como finalidade apresentar a viabilidade de implementação de um restaurante do tipo self service na área central da cidade de Cerquilho-SP, na Avenida Washington Luis, número 37. Para tornar viável o inicio das atividades operacionais do empreendimento constata-se a necessidade de um investimento inicial total de R$ 160.795,32, dividindo este investimento entre os dois sócios resultaria em um capital de R$ 80.397,66 cada sócio. Envolvendo gastos com a reforma estrutural, a aquisição de máquinas e equipamentos, o estoque inicial, o capital de giro necessários para iniciar as atividades operacionais pertinentes e obter a qualidade desejada no segmento de prestação de serviços no ramo alimentício. O restaurante terá capacidade média de atender 60 pessoas simultaneamente, com índice de lucratividade de 15,17% no primeiro ano, recuperando o capital investido antes dos 36 primeiros meses, tornando o investimento de baixo risco por se tratar de um restaurante em um local de fácil acesso no centro do município de Cerquilho, com foco na qualidade dos produtos e serviços, atendendo às exigências legais da vigilância sanitária e dos direitos trabalhistas. Os índices como VPL e a TIR apresentam um resultado de R$ 110.649,38, com retorno de 29,57% a.a. no período de 5 anos. A metodologia apresentou os procedimentos utilizados para definir a população e amostragem da pesquisa de marketing, cujos resultados foram satisfatórios. Após a análise dos dados coletados notou-se a viabilidade na abertura do "Restaurante Capricho".

This business plan is to present the feasibility of implementing a type of self service restaurant in the downtown area of Cerquilho-SP on Avenida Washington Luis, 37. To make feasible the beginning of the operational activities of the enterprise finds itself in need a total initial investment of R$ 160.795,32, divided between the two partners would result in an investment of R$ 80.397,66 each partner, involving spending on structural reform and implementation of the commercial spot, the initial inventory and working capital required to start operating activities as well as the creation and dissemination of the logo, and the acquisition of machinery and equipment relevant to the desired quality and the performance of services in food trade segment. The restaurant will have an average capacity to serve 60 people simultaneously, with the profit margin 15,17%, recovering the capital invested before 36 months, making the low-risk investment because it is a restaurant in a location easily accessible in the center of the municipality of Cerquilho, with a focus on quality products and services with qualified and well trained staff, meting the legal requirements of health surveillance and labor rights. The NPV and IRR presents a result of R$ 110.649,38, with return of 29,57% for year in a period of five years. The methodology presented the procedures used to define the population and sample of marketing research, whose results were satisfactory. After analyzing the data collected was noted on the feasibility of opening "Restaurante Capricho".
