Relato tecnológico oficina de páscoa: doce páscoa oficina gourmet

Abstract

O presente relato tecnológico tem como tema a oficina de Páscoa: Doce Páscoa oficina gourmet. Assim, como objetivo geral, foi estabelecido a realização de uma oficina gastronômica para o público infantil, com pré, trans e pós-evento definidos, com enfoque no trabalho do produtor de eventos, na área da gastronomia. Para a execução deste trabalho, entre fevereiro e junho de 2024, decidimos sobre o tema, o público participante, o espaço, bem como fizemos a nossa logomarca e paleta de cores. Iniciamos nossas pesquisas e produção textuais com a abordagem da noção de eventos, da paróquia e, de modo específico, as características do espaço escolhido. No dia 21 de fevereiro, realizamos uma entrevista com os responsáveis pelo local, além de fazer uma visita técnica ao espaço no dia 15 de março de 2025. Durante o período de fevereiro até o dia do evento, fizemos nossas divulgações via grupos de WhatsApp e com a distribuição de flyers no local. Criamos um link de inscrição para as crianças que participariam e organizamos convites para os trabalhos voluntários no dia do evento (a seleção dos voluntários foi realizada com base na orientação dos responsáveis pelo local e de uma integrante do grupo que frequenta a paróquia). Realizamos também uma campanha de arrecadação com a lista de doações, iniciamos as atividades para a oficina de chocolates, entre outras atividades que serão apresentadas ao longo deste trabalho. Escolhemos o espaço de eventos da Paróquia São José de Osasco, em São Paulo, e as crianças atendidas por eles. Após o evento, foram selecionadas e analisadas as fotografias da oficina, revelando o envolvimento e satisfação dos participantes, destacando a importância da produção e interação do público-alvo. Todo evento foi registrado neste trabalho com a finalidade de eternizar o momento e mostrar seus resultados positivos e possíveis pontos de melhora para próximos eventos

The theme of this technological report is the Easter workshop: Sweet Easter Gourmet Workshop. Thus, as a general objective, a gastronomic workshop was implemented for children, with pre, trans and post-event defined, focusing on the work of the event producer, in the gastronomy area. To carry out this work, between February and June 2024, we decided on the theme, the participating audience, the space, as well as our logo and color palette. We began our research and textual production by addressing the notion of events, the parish and, specifically, the characteristics of the chosen space. On February 21, we conducted an interview with those responsible for the location, in addition to making a technical visit to the space on March 15, 2025. During the period from February until the day of the event, we advertised via WhatsApp groups and distributed flyers at the location. We created a registration link for the children who would participate and organized invitations for volunteer work on the day of the event (the selection of volunteers was based on the guidance of those responsible for the location and a member of the group who attends the parish). We also held a fundraising campaign with a list of donations, and began activities for the chocolate workshop, among other activities that will be presented throughout this work. We chose the event space of the São José de Osasco Parish, in São Paulo, and the children who were served there. After the event, the photographs of the workshop were selected and analyzed, revealing the involvement and satisfaction of the participants, highlighting the importance of production and interaction with the target audience. The entire event was recorded in this work with the purpose of immortalizing the moment and showing its positive results and possible points for improvement for future events.
