A segurança do trabalho na construção civil

Abstract

Com o desenvolvimento atual no ramo das construções e a crescente competição no mercado de trabalho vêm elevando a exigência pela qualidade e produtividade no canteiro de obras, porém as empresas necessitam cada vez mais que seus empreendimentos sejam executados com mais rapidez, a fim de atender, e às vezes até superar, as expectativas de seus clientes. O relacionamento das empresas que contratam os colaboradores para suas obras, geralmente não tem o conhecimento de prevenção de acidente e equipamentos de proteção, sendo assim iniciaremos o trajeto para a colaboração tanto do contratante como do contratado para treinamentos com eficiência e eficácia. Analisaremos a implantação e as condições de segurança que se encontram os colaboradores das indústrias de construção civil nos canteiros de obras. O objetivo principal e conscientizar os colaboradores com treinamentos em loco e analisar a Convenção Coletiva de Trabalho que abrange a Indústria da Construção Civil, a mesma apenas aborda a segurança do trabalho relacionando-se a Norma Regulamentadora NR 18 e nada mais. A mesma deve elaborar medidas de segurança mais eficientes abordando os itens mais problemáticos do setor. Em geral a segurança dos colaboradores da Indústria da Construção Civil poderá ser melhorada se tiver a soma de esforços entre sindicatos, trabalhadores e Ministério do Trabalho. Nesta soma de esforços, devem, ser implementadas políticas educacionais de conscientização e treinamentos preventivos.

With the current development in the field of construction and the growing competition in the labor market have been raising the demand for quality and productivity on the construction site, but companies increasingly need their projects to run faster in order to meet, and sometimes even exceed the expectations of its customers. The relationship of the companies that hire employees for their work, generally do not have the accident prevention knowledge and protective gear, so begin the path to the collaboration of both the contractor and the contractor for training efficientiy and effectively. We will review the implementation and security conditions which are employees of the construction industry at the construction sites. The main objective is to raise awareness among employees with training in place and analyze the Collective Bargaining Agreement covering the Construction Industry, it deals only with the safety of the work relating to Regulatory Standard NR 18 and nothing else. The same should develop more efficient security measures addressing the most problematic items in the industry. In general the safety of Construction Industry employees could be improved if the sum of efforts between unions, workers and Ministry of Labor. This sum of efforts should be educational policy awareness and prevention training implemented.
