Plano de negócio - Melhora Express

Abstract

O presente plano de negócio tem por finalidade estudar a viabilidade da abertura e formalização de uma empresa especializada em customização de roupas e em serviços de costura em geral, com o nome Melhora Express na cidade de Piracicaba - SP. O plano de negócios possibilita ao empreendedor ter uma visão concreta de toda a estrutura de uma empresa antes da sua abertura, como a definição de visão, missão e valores do empreendimento, estratégias de comunicação/divulgação, e quais serão os recursos humanos e financeiros fundamentais para o início das atividades a partir do momento da formalização, analisado o ambiente externo e tornando-se assim a melhor forma de planejamento antes da abertura formal da mesma. A princípio na metodologia foi desenvolvida uma pesquisa bibliográfica utilizando conceitos relacionados ao empreendedorismo e ao plano de negócios e suas seções. A outra parte metodológica envolveu uma pesquisa de campo para identificar os consumidores potenciais, e conhecer o seu o perfil e suas preferências, com a pesquisa foi possível chegar a conclusão que o público será mulheres, entre 20 e 39 anos, assalariadas e em 74% solteiras. A elaboração do plano de negócios da Melhora Express permitiu avaliar os diferenciais competitivos, obter uma visão mais concreta da situação financeira da empresa e sua viabilidade. Os resultados indicam que o negócio será viável, de acordo com a análise financeira, onde foi constatado que o empreendimento é viável, pois os indicadores analisados demostram valores positivos, como a Taxa Interna de Retorno (TIR) é de 15%, o VPL ou Valor Presente Líquido é de R$ 4.880,93.

The purpose of this business plan is to study the feasibility of opening and formalizing a company specializing in clothing customization and sewing services in general, with the name Melhora Express in the city of Piracicaba - SP. At first in the methodology was developed a bibliographical research using concepts related to entrepreneurship and to the business plan and its sections. The other methodological part involved a field survey to identify the potential consumers, and to know their profile and their preferences, with the research it was possible to reach the conclusion that the public will be women between 20 and 39 years of salaried and in 74% Single The elaboration of the business plan of Melhora Express allowed to evaluate the competitive differentials, to obtain a more concrete vision of the financial situation of the company and its viability. The results indicate that the business will be viable, according to the financial analysis, where it was verified that the enterprise is feasible, since the analyzed indicators show positive values, as the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 15%, NPV or Net Present Value is R $ 4,880.93.
