O impacto da liderança nas organizações: estudo de caso em uma montadora automotiva do interior de São Paulo

Abstract

As organizações estão inseridas num ambiente caracterizado por fortes turbulências e constantes mudanças, surgindo daí a necessidade de buscar soluções para aumentar sua eficácia, garantindo a sua sobrevivência e sucesso num mercado cada vez mais globalizado e competitivo; o líder se tornou importante no século XXI, por ter influência sobre os liderados, para alcançar metas antes não alcançadas. É responsável por extrair o melhor de cada um de acordo com suas características. O presente trabalho apresenta a liderança como um dos fatores fundamentais para o sucesso das organizações, enfatizando sobretudo o importante papel que este exerce sobre a motivação humana para o trabalho, mantendo os colaboradores confortáveis na organização. Os tipos de liderança usados nas organizações como autocrática, democrática e liberal e suas características. Os benefícios de ter um Group Leader e os desafios enfrentados pela função no cotidiano. Uma retrospectiva dos últimos 10 anos do mercado brasileiro automobilístico, participação das maiores montadoras no mercado, os desafios da tecnologia no setor produtivo e uma breve análise comparativa das marcas, mostrando a importância da liderança nas montadoras. E finalizando o trabalho foi realizado, uma pesquisa de observação em uma montadora de automóveis localizada no interior do estado de São Paulo, são observados as atividades que o Group Leader exerce na empresa e possíveis melhorias para facilitar as atividades desempenhadas para alcançar melhores resultados.

Organizations are embedded in an environment characterized by strong turbulence and constant changes, arising from the need to seek solutions to increase their effectiveness, ensuring their survival and success in an increasingly globalized and competitive market, the leader has become important in the 21st century, By having influence on the ones led, to reach previously unreached goals, is responsible for extracting the best from each according to its characteristics. The present paper presents leadership as one of the fundamental factors for the success of organizations, emphasizing above all the important role that it exerts on the human motivation for the work, keeping employees comfortable in the organization. The types of leadership used in organizations as autocratic, democratic and liberal and their characteristics. The benefits of having a Group Leader and the challenges faced by the function in everyday life. A retrospective of the last 10 years of the Brazilian auto market, the participation of the biggest automakers in the market, the challenges of technology in the productive sector and a brief comparative analysis of the brands, showing the importance of the leadership in the automakers. At the end of the work, an observation survey was carried out at an automobile assembly plant located in the interior of the state of São Paulo. The activities of the Group Leader are observed and possible improvements are made to facilitate the activities carried out and to achieve better results.
