Indústria 4.0 no Brasil: desafios e competências da gestão logística

Abstract

Estar presente no pleno desenvolvimento da quarta revolução industrial é uma oportunidade única para antecipar as mudanças que este novo modelo sugere para a indústria, especialmente nos processos logísticos. Em tal contexto, o objetivo deste trabalho foi o de analisar os impactos e os andamentos da Indústria 4.0 na logística atual e sua gestão, identificando as principais tecnologias e conceitos que impactam e irão impactar o setor nos próximos anos. A pesquisa enfatizou a ótica do Gestor de Logística, projetando como eles e os futuros gestores da área devem se preparar para tal indústria. Isso através de análise de cenário atual no mundo e especificamente no Brasil, além de discussões acerca do tema, juntamente com a realização de pesquisa de campo com gestores logísticos brasileiros, a fim de principalmente analisar o seu perfil e alinhamento com a indústria 4.0. Descobriu-se por fim um perfil alinhado, embora ainda não ideal, de grande parte dos gestores. Em contrapartida, notou-se que os mesmos enfrentarão consistentes defasagens quanto a estrutura nacional da base para expansão da nova indústria.

Being present in the full development of the fourth Industrial Revolution is a unique opportunity to anticipate the changes that this new model suggests to the industry, especially in logistics processes. In this context, the objective of this work was to analyze the impacts and movements of Industry 4.0 in current logistics and its management, identifying the main technologies and concepts that impact and will impact the sector in the coming years. The research emphasized the optics of the logistics manager, projecting how they and the future managers of the area should prepare for this industry. This through the analysis of the current scenario in the world and specifically in Brazil, in addition to discussions about the theme, together with conducting field research with Brazilian logistic managers, in order to mainly analyze its profile and alignment with the 4.0 industry. An aligned profile, although not yet ideal, was finally discovered by a large part of the managers. On the other hand, it was noted that they will face consistent lagges as the national structure of the base for the expansion of the new industry.
