Inteligência artificial no mercado de trabalho: a incerteza da empregabilidade

Abstract

Tendo em vista o constante avanço e preocupação sobre as tecnologias atuais, o presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar, de forma teórica, as mutações decorrentes no mercado de trabalho com relação à interação entre homem e máquina, destacando a ética de situações onde o ser humano é posto em estado de perigo, sem saber sua condição real de empregabilidade ou suscetibilidade à substituição por máquinas, mas também apontar momentos em que a tecnologia nos auxilia a criar um melhor ambiente de trabalho; por oferecer mais informações e uma linha de comunicação extensa. Dessa forma, busca-se um balanceamento entre os ideais e dilemas trazidos pela Inteligência Artificial onde ambos homem e máquina possam interagir de forma confortável.

Bearing in mind the constant advancement and concern about current technologies, the present work aims to analyze, theoretically, the mutations arising in the labor market in relation to the interaction between man and machine, highlighting the ethics of situations where the human being is put in a state of danger, without knowing their real condition of employability or susceptibility to replacement by machines, but also pointing out moments in which technology helps us to create a better work environment by offering more information and an extensive line of communication. This way, a balance is sought between the ideals and dilemmas brought by Artificial Intelligence where both man and machine can interact comfortably.
