dc.description.abstractA crise econômica mundial, iniciou-se nos Estados Unidos, gerando impacto global nas economias de praticamente todos os países a partir de 2008, afetando o preço do dólar, créditos e investimentos. Porém, o Brasil, devido ao momento evolutivo em que se encontrava, foi atingido a partir de 2009, afetando fatores macro ambientais. Assim, o presente tem como objetivo, analisar como a crise acometeu uma empresa de pequeno porte, propriamente dita, uma imobiliária. Com o intuito de alcançar os objetivos, foi analisado o mercado de imóveis no Brasil e na região do Estado de São Paulo, durante e após a crise. Logo após, houve uma inserção de coleta de dados, que foi realizada sobre a empresa estudada, sendo possível, com esta, analisar o mercado imobiliário. Sendo assim, foi perceptível que a empresa adotou a mesma postura durante e após a crise, afetando somente as vendas de casas, apartamentos e terrenos usados e repassados. Concluiu-se que a empresa soube entender o momento pelo qual o país passara, enfrentando as situações impostas e negativas da economia; porém, é necessário sempre acompanhar o setor em que está inserido e o andar da economia, preparando planos de contingências para os novos momentos críticos que o Brasil pode enfrentar.pt_BR
dc.description.abstractThe global economic crisis began in the United States, generating a global impact on the economies of virtually every country since 2008, affecting the price of the dollar and credits and investments. However, in Brazil due to the evolutionary moment in which it was, it was reached from 2009, affecting macro environmental factors. Thus, the present aims to analyze how the crisis affected a small business, properly speaking, a real estate. In order to reach the objectives, the real estate market was analyzed in Brazil and in the region of the State of São Paulo, during and after the crisis. Shortly after there is an insertion of data collection, which was carried out on the company studied, being possible to analyze the real estate market. Thus, it was noticeable that the company adopted the same attitude towards and after the crisis, affecting only the sales of houses apartments and used land to be passed on. It is concluded that the company was able to understand the moment in which the country had passed and thus facing the imposed and negative situations of the economy, however, it is necessary, always to follow the sector in which it is inserted and the economy, preparing contingency plans for the new critical moments in which Brazil can face.-
