CORBA (Commom Object Request Broker Architecture)

Abstract

Neste trabalho abordam-se conceitos e características da arquitetura CORBA — Commom Object Request Broker Architecture. CORBA é um padrão de comunicação entre objetos, em sistemas distribuídos, criado pela OMG — Object Management Group, baseado na arquitetura OMA — Object Management Archicteture. O objetivo deste trabalho é mostrar os componentes da arquitetura CORBA, bem como suas características e funções; abordando-se também conceitos básicos sobre Banco de Dados Orientados a Objetos.

In this work concepts and features of architecture CORBA - Commom Object Request Broker Architecture are approached. CORBA is a standard of communication between objects, in distributed systems, created for the OMG - Object Management Group, based on architecture OMA - Object Management Archicteture. The objective of this work is to show the components of architecture CORBA, as well as its features and functions; approaching also basic concepts on Guided Data base the Objects.
