Portfólio referente ao chá de bebê: análise das etapas de planejamento, execução e avaliação final do evento

Abstract

O portfólio de um empreender em eventos é um dos instrumentos de trabalho mais importantes. Trata-se de um conjunto de informações sobre o exercício do profissional no mercado que atua. Por meio desse documento, é possível mostrar o tipo de serviço prestado, a qualidade do que se executa, bem como, todas as fases existentes na organização de um evento, por exemplo. No portfólio, a partir do que é mostrado, evidencia-se a importância do planejamento. Para o senso comum, a realização de um evento pode parecer ser simples, mas, quando se estrutura o projeto do evento, com todas as etapas e processos necessários para a sua execução percebe-se que vai além daquilo que foi inicialmente pensado. Logo, são apresentados e analisados neste portfólio, um evento que realizei junto com a XV turma de Eventos. Inicialmente uma dificuldade que tivemos na organização desse evento foi a de adequar todo o espaço para a anfitriã e ter a acessibilidade para a irmã que era cadeirante que foi a ponte entre os desenvolvedores do evento e a anfitriã, para que ela se sinta acolhida nas brincadeiras que foram realizadas durante o evento e pelo próprio conforto de poder se locomover durante o evento. Existem detalhes que não são considerados por quem não trabalha profissionalmente com eventos. Por isso, para que haja eficiência na realização de um evento, é fundamental a concepção, organização, realização e avaliação de cada detalhe e de tudo o que consta no projeto que foi previsto, assim como nós fizemos no final do evento e o feedback foi positivo. O evento foi realizado e com grande êxito, durante os processos de desenvolvimento dele, pode - se notar que todas as matérias estudadas ao longo do curso, foram se encaixando no decorrer do evento destacando-se características e particularidades, a fim de demonstrar um pouco como atua um Tecnólogo em Eventos.

The portfolio of an entrepreneur in events is one of the most important work tools. It is a set of information about the exercise of the professional in the market in which he operates. Through this document, it is possible to show the type of service provided, the quality of what is performed, as well as all the phases existing in the organization of an event, for example. In the portfolio, from what is shown, the importance of planning is evident. For common sense, the realization of an event may seem to be simple, but when the event project is structured, with all the steps and processes necessary for its execution, it is perceived that it goes beyond what was initially thought. Therefore, they are presented and analyzed in this portfolio, an event that I held together with the XV event class. Initially, a difficulty we had in organizing this event was to adapt the entire space for the hostess and have accessibility for the sister who was in a wheelchair, who was the bridge between the event developers and the hostess, so that she feels welcomed in the games that were played during the event and for the comfort of being able to move around during the event. There are details that are not considered by those who do not work professionally with events. Therefore, for an event to be efficient, it is essential to design, organize, carry out and evaluate every detail and everything that is included in the project that was foreseen, as we did at the end of the event and the feedback was positive. The event was held and with great success, during the development processes of the same, it can be noticed that all the subjects studied throughout the course, were fitting during the event, highlighting characteristics and particularities, to demonstrate a little like an Event Technologist does.
