Sistema ao serviço social em promoção da cidadania Imaculada Conceição

Abstract

Este trabalho apresenta o desenvolvimento de um sistema para o Serviço social em promoção da cidadania Imaculada Conceição (SSPCIC), visando atender às crescentes demandas das comunidades vulneráveis. Sempre preservando os dados dos atendidos, enquadrando com a LGPD, propõe-se um sistema que não apenas garanta a privacidade dos dados, mas também otimize o controle interno e a concessão de recursos. Para embasar o desenvolvimento, realizou-se uma pesquisa para compreender as ferramentas requeridas e analisar softwares similares como fonte de inspiração. Assim, o sistema em desenvolvimento será fundamental para orientar as ações da entidade, permitindo o cadastro detalhado das famílias atendidas, além da distribuição eficiente de recursos. O uso de ferramentas como MySQL Workbench, Visual Studio 2022, C#, e Windows Forms garantiu uma implementação eficaz do projeto, atendendo aos requisitos funcionais e não funcionais estabelecidos. A conclusão destaca a importância da integração de tecnologia para a maximização do impacto social, atendendo as necessidades apresentadas no processo interno, promovendo a modernização e o crescimento contínuo da ONG em sua missão de promover a inclusão e o bem-estar das comunidades mais carentes.

This work presents the development of a system for the Serviço social em promoção da cidadania Imaculada Conceição (SSPCIC), aiming to meet the growing demands of vulnerable communities. Always preserving the data of those served, in line with the LGPD, a system is proposed that not only guarantees data privacy, but also optimizes internal control and the granting of resources. To support the development, research was carried out to understand the tools required and analyze similar software as a source of inspiration. Thus, the system under development will be fundamental in guiding the entity's actions, allowing detailed registration of the families served, in addition to the efficient distribution of resources. The use of tools such as MySQL Workbench, Visual Studio 2022, C#, and Windows Forms ensured an effective implementation of the project, meeting the established functional and non-functional requirements. The conclusion highlights the importance of integrating technology to maximize social impact, meeting the needs presented in the internal process, promoting the modernization and continuous growth of the NGO in its mission to promote the inclusion and well-being of the most needy communities.
