| Abstract: | O tema maus-tratos a animais foi elaborado com base em três situações
vividas no Brasil, como: as tradições culturais, os maus-tratos a animais domésticos,
com um olhar para a zoofilia, e, também, animais para pesquisas dentro da
indústria.Dentro do tema, foram estudados conceito, natureza jurídica, evolução
histórica, tipificação legal,direito comparado e curiosidades. The present work has the theme of animal maltreatment. It was elaborated based on theree situations that occur in Brazil: cultural traditions, mistreatment of domestic animals with a view to zoophilia and use of animals in research for industries.Within the theme were studied concepts of legal nature, historical, evolution, legal typification, comparative law and curiosities. |
