Abstract

No contexto pós-pandemia, as instituições de incentivo à cultura precisam se recuperar da queda do número de leitores causada pelo isolamento social e avanços tecnológicos. Uma opção para a volta do hábito da leitura seria a introdução de bibliotecas mescladas com a tecnologia, permitindo uma melhor organização e gerenciamento. Porém, isso só será possível com a real adequação dessas instituições para o meio virtual, trazendo incentivos à cultura no atual cenário do mundo pós-pandêmico. Softwares, atualmente, utilizam as tecnologias como meio de inovação para melhorar a praticidade de serviços, tornando-os mais acessíveis. Do mesmo modo, as bibliotecas virtuais têm como objetivo integrar esse incentivo à cultura ao âmbito digital, o adequando ao mundo moderno e o equiparando a outros ramos que recentemente se digitalizaram, como as indústrias alimentares, judiciais e de entretenimento. Além do mais, a precariedade dos meios de gestão das instalações bibliotecárias tornou não só a procura por obras específicas mais difícil, mas, também, o funcionamento das instituições e preservação do estoque das obras literárias. Como uma das principais disponibilidades do software, o método de compra e empréstimos de livros se torna primordial quando se trata de praticidade e incentivo no consumo da leitura. Após o COVID-19, a procura por livros e bibliotecas físicas caiu devido a seu difícil acesso se comparadas aos virtuais, porém, nota-se uma demanda por livros físicos que é prejudicada, ainda, pela má acessibilidade. Os resultados de entrevistas revelam, sobretudo, um interesse por parte das pessoas participantes nas experiências de leitura e a necessidade de uma melhor gestão dos estoques das bibliotecas.

In the post-pandemic context, culture incentive institutions need to recover from the drop-in readership caused by social isolation and technological advances. One option for returning to the habit of reading would be the introduction of libraries merged with technology, allowing better organization and management. However, this will only be possible with the real evolution of these institutions to the virtual environment, bringing incentives to culture in the current scenario of the post-pandemic world. Software currently uses technologies as a means of innovation to improve the practicality of services, making them more accessible. Likewise, virtual libraries aim to integrate this incentive to culture into the digital realm, adapting it to the modern world and equating it with other branches that have recently become digitized, such as food sources, recruitment and entertainment. Furthermore, the precariousness of the librarians' means of management made not only the search for specific works more difficult, but also the functioning of institutions and preservation of the stock of literary works. As one of the main software availabilities, the method of buying and borrowing books becomes paramount when it comes to practicality and incentive in reading consumption. After COVID-19, the demand for physical books and libraries dropped due to their difficult access if virtual ones were detected, however, there is a demand for physical books that is still hampered by poor accessibility. The results of video interviews, above all, an interest on the part of people participating in reading experiences and the need for better management of library stocks.
