Abstract: | A logística integrada tem como finalidade maior rapidez nos serviços prestados, na
entrega de seus produtos e melhorar a organização, aumentar a qualidade, reduzir
desperdícios, refugos e custos. E assim trazer a satisfação de seus clientes.
A logística integrada melhora a produtividade e traz lucros de indústriastanto têxteis
quanto nas demais.
A logística integrada na produtividade é essencial para as indústrias têxtil, para
agilizar processos e garantir a confiabilidade, rastreabilidade e segurança nos
serviços prestados, com sistemas que auxiliam a administração dos armazéns
aumentando a eficácia e a qualidade das operações realizadas, possibilitando
acompanhar em tempo real o andamento das atividades.
Analisando o PCP, Movimentação, Picking, Expedição, Administração de estoques,
Recebimento, Compras, todos integrados, demonstra uma produtividade em cada
setor. With globalization, companies have turned increasingly to meet the market requirements, this service is constituted by active relationships with the company, related to this are the logistics business, which commits the company to the client in aggregate form directly in product itself, aiming at the reduction of cost, and having the paper, do more with less, this is the current concept of productivity. That presents a study aimed at companies that is engaged in common the production of plastics (materials), and aims at the identification of productivity in the departments that make up the logistics, also presented with some tools of Lean Production, aimed at reducing costs, bottlenecks, lead times, etc.. To give support the objective of this work, which is divided into two methods: the first is the presentation of the fundamentals of Lean Production Logistics for this that within integrated departments, by means of theoretical frameworks, and the second deals with the research field where they have questions aimed at identifying this, Productivity, for comparative estimates. Proposes the use of tools of their own departments that make up the logistics to see that together aims business) itself, the interaction between them at the result, productivity, and as a global environment, the company in this sector has mission is to raise awareness of the Reverse Logistics. Therefore, the Integrated Logistics becomes a competitive differentiator between companies that seek to meet a high demand market. Where the strategies of logistics operations should always take the administration of a single system that together, and the development of an appropriate organizational structure to achieve excellence in operations, which will consequently bring that aims to reduce. Where it was possible to identify, as well as the proposed objective, which most companies use are identical models of systems, and more specifically the organizational models have in common as well, establishing a systemic standardization. |
