Tecer: um fio que resiste a tempos

Abstract

O trabalho de conclusão de curso está intitulado como “os teares que tecem a história de Americana”. Pois sabe-se que os teares contam a história da Região do Polo Têxtil, compreendendo as cidades de Americana, Santa Bárbara d´Oeste, Nova Odessa, Hortolândia e Sumaré. Contar a história da cidade tecelã, é mostrar seu desenvolvimento e sua cultura através dos teares. Assim a questão está elencada em quanto mais a modernização de teares aos produtos ficam mais acessíveis em relação ao custo final do mesmo no varejo. Objetivando de maneira geral em explorar a modernização dos teares na indústria têxtil de Americana, bem como analisar a evolução dos teares na indústria têxtil, considerando que a região ainda continua sendo o berço da indústria têxtil. Portanto em um olhar mais especifico objetiva-se analisar a evolução dos teares. E como as empresas tem enfrentado essa evolução, para acompanhar as exigências do comercio. Portanto a pesquisa se divide em partes, sendo a primeira sobre a revisão da literatura de cunho da pesquisa bibliográfica, contanto a inovação dos teares que tecem os mais sublimes fios naturais e artificiais encontrados no mercado atualmente. E por fim, narrar as conclusões dessa história e bem como analisar como o polo têxtil, está superando as crises de seu mercado, tanto na questão econômica como social de sua população que depende nesse setor tão importante para econômica brasileira.

The course conclusion work is titled “the looms that weave the history of Americana”. It is known that the looms tell the story of the Textile Hub Region, comprising the cities of Americana, Santa Bárbara d'Oeste, Nova Odessa, Hortolândia and Sumaré. Telling the story of the weaving city means showing its development and culture through the looms. So the question is the more the modernization of looms, the more accessible the products become in relation to their final retail cost. Aiming in general to explore the modernization of looms in the textile industry in Americana, as well as analyzing the evolution of looms in the textile industry, considering that the region still remains the cradle of the textile industry. Therefore, taking a more specific look, the objective is to analyze the evolution of looms. And how companies have faced this evolution, to keep up with the demands of commerce. Therefore, the research is divided into parts, the first being a review of literature based on bibliographical research, including the innovation of looms that weave the most sublime natural and artificial threads found on the market today. And finally, narrate the conclusions of this story and analyze how the textile hub is overcoming the crises in its market, both in terms of economic and social issues for its population that depends on this sector, which is so important to the Brazilian economy.
