Abstract

O presente trabalho teve como objetivo colocar em desenvolvimento a teoria estudada no curso, no intuito na abertura de uma empresa, do qual tem uma visão para a sustentabilidade e a produção de corantes naturais. Visando que, no decorrer do trabalho mostrar o andamento da montagem da organização do ramo têxtil, no segmento de corantes naturais, bem como os seus processos produtivos e padrão do trabalho. Apoderando como iniciativa em tingimento em fibras a partir de corantes naturais, através de pigmentos de origem vegetal, tais como: clorofilas (verde), os carotenoides (amarelo, laranja e vermelho) e os flavonoides (vermelho, roxo e azul), sendo que de fáceis extrações e sendo utilizados de forma crescente em alguns produtos industrializados. Para ter uma visão mais ampla nos corantes que possa conferir ou intensificar a cor natural dos alimentos, para aumentar a chance da sua aparência e aceitação qualquer fibra tingida. Esses corantes naturais são extraídos de matérias primas como frutos ou vegetais. Pode simplificar os importantes processos produtivos de uma empresa específica, expressando os conhecimentos teóricos aprendidos no decorrer do curso colocando em prática a forma dada para uma noção melhor para o aprendizado. A temática dos corantes naturais, foi abordada nessa conclusão de curso, pois além de toda oferta na natureza dos seus derivados, também visa ampliar a maneira de como se produzir com recursos naturais, e consequentemente diminuir impactos ambientais, ao mesmo tempo que proporciona aos clientes peças exclusivas com apelo e conscientização ecológica. No âmbito empresarial, mesmo que de pequeno porte, a mesma satisfação ofertada aos clientes, se estende aos colaboradores, respeitando os direitos coletivos e sempre priorizando a saúde e segurança no trabalho, buscando contribuir para a sociedade como um todo, com recursos e processos menos agressivos a natureza, colaboradores conscientizados e bem amparados, cumprindo assim seu papel com responsabilidade social. Será mostrado vantagens e desvantagens do uso do corante sintético e natural, propondo alternativas mais sustentáveis ao meio ambiente e à humanidade no tingimento, aplicar os tingimentos das técnicas escolhidas, conferir os resultados de tingimento, observar a reação entre fibras e corantes diante dos parâmetros de tingimento, será imensamente prazeroso a constituição do presente trabalho. Devido ao longo e importante processo de desenvolvimento e as riquezas de detalhes que existe por trás de toda a história têxtil em tingimentos, o presente trabalho retratará uma pequena parte, dessa trajetória das fibras têxteis e toda sua industrialização, principalmente no âmbito das cores por tingimento natural.

The present work aimed to develop the theory studied in the course, in order to open a company, which has a vision for sustainability and the production of natural dyes. Aiming that, in the course of the work, to show the progress of the assembly of the organization of the textile branch, in the segment of natural dyes, as well as its productive processes and standard of work. Seizing as an initiative in fiber dyeing from natural dyes, through pigments of plant origin, such as: chlorophylls (green), carotenoids (yellow, orange and red) and flavonoids (red, purple and blue), with of easy extraction and being used increasingly in some industrialized products. To have a broader view on dyes that can impart or intensify the natural color of foods, to increase the chance of their appearance and acceptance of any dyed fiber. These natural dyes are extracted from raw materials such as fruits or vegetables. It can simplify the important production processes of a specific company, expressing the theoretical knowledge learned during the course, putting into practice the given form for a better notion for learning. The theme of natural dyes was addressed in this course conclusion, because in addition to all the offer in nature of its derivatives, it also aims to expand the way to produce with natural resources, and consequently reduce environmental impacts, while providing customers with exclusive pieces with ecological appeal and awareness. In the business sphere, even if small, the same satisfaction offered to customers, extends to employees, respecting collective rights and always prioritizing health and safety at work, seeking to contribute to society as a whole, with less aggressive towards nature, conscientious and well supported employees, thus fulfilling their role with social responsibility. Advantages and disadvantages of using synthetic and natural dye will be shown, proposing more sustainable alternatives to the environment and humanity in dyeing, applying the dyes of the chosen techniques, checking the dyeing results, observing the reaction between fibers and dyes in the face of the parameters of dyeing, the constitution of the present work will be immensely pleasant. Due to the long and important development process and the richness of details that exists behind the entire textile history in dyeing, the present work will portray a small part of this trajectory of textile fibers and all its industrialization, mainly in the scope of colors by dyeing natural.
