A mulher negra em cargos de liderança

Abstract

Esse artigo tem como intuito abordar a atual situação da mulher negra no mercado de trabalho, mais especificamente em cargos de liderança. Analisou-se como a subjugação e preconceito ainda afetam a ascensão dessas mulheres na escalada de cargos maiores, majoritariamente comandado por homens brancos.

This article aims to address the current situation of black women in the labor market, more specifically in leadership positions. We will analyze how subjugation and prejudice still affect the ascen-sion of these women in the ladder of higher positions, mostly commanded by white men.
