Química forense: síntese e aplicações do luminol

Abstract

A química sempre foi necessária para a evolução da vivência em sociedade, uma área em que ela foi de grande ajuda foi a área forense. Como uma peça-chave para a resolução de crimes, a química auxilia até hoje a resolução de crimes que pareciam invisíveis aos olhos. Este trabalho trata da história de origem e uso da química na área forense com um destaque específico ao processo de identificação de sangue a partir do luminol com a prática e procedimento, incluindo as instruções de uso e precauções com o reagente luminescente.

The chemestry always has been necessary for the evolution of life in society, an area that it became very helpful was the forensic area. Like one of the most relevant way to the resolution of crimes, the chemestry assists until today the resolution that looks invisible to the eyes. This issue tries to promote the history of origin and the use of forensic chemestry with an emphasis in the specific process of blood identification using the luminol with the pratic and proceeds, including the instructions of use and precautions with the luminescent reagent.
