Abstract: O presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar como as empresas lidaram com a questão da utilização do endomarketing no período pandêmico, além das pesquisas bibliográficas, em sites, questionário aplicado, coletado e a discussão dos dados. Foi apresentado o grande desafio para as empresas aplicarem as técnicas de endomarketing no home office. Conclui-se então que a pesquisa realizada mostrou que houve o mau uso do endomarketing, e com isso acarretou algumas falhas no trabalho remoto.
The present work aims to analyze how companies dealt with the issue of the use of endomarketing in the pandemic period, in addition to bibliographic research, on websites, questionnaire applied, collected and the discussion of data. The great challenge for companies to apply endomarketing techniques in the home office was presented. It is then concluded that the research carried out showed that there was a misuse of endomarketing, and with that it caused some failures in remote work.
