Humanização na assistência de enfermagem ao idoso soropositivo

Abstract

Este trabalho pretende discutir a partir de levantamentos estatísticos a relação entre os idosos e como eles podem estar suscetíveis ao HIV (Vírus da Imunodeficiência Humana) e entender como essa vulnerabilidade é significativa levando em conta os aspectos sociais e históricos e como os sentimentos e emoções podem afetar nesse processo. Com o intuito de alcançar esses objetivos, o Ministério da Saúde desenvolveu o “Protocolo Clínico e Diretrizes Terapêuticas para Atenção Integral as pessoas com Infecções Sexualmente Transmissíveis (IST)”, de forma a orientar sobre a prevenção, transmissão e tratamento da infecção, com ênfase na melhoria da Qualidade de Vida (QV). Devido a sua condição, o emocional do idoso é abalada, no entanto é importante reforçar que as pessoas que vivem com HIV (PVHIV) leva a uma vida normal, antigamente considerado uma “barbárie” e estava destinado a grupos específicos, ainda que no período contemporâneo esse tabu esteja presente. O estado físico de um paciente idoso é o que fará a diferença, pois diante dos sintomas da Síndrome da Imunodeficiência Adquirida (AIDS) é preciso uma investigação específica para que seja feito o tratamento o quanto antes que intervirá de forma positiva na qualidade de vida desse indivíduo, pois qualquer pessoa independente de sua natureza, tem direito a participação da vida social. Nesse sentido, a humanização é de extrema importância para que o atendimento e a assistência dos cuidados de enfermagem tragam ao idoso soropositivo conforto, não só na questão hospitalar, mas assegurar ao paciente as questões sociais, emocionais, econômica, física e legislativa, pois a humanização é um olhar além do paciente.

This work intends to discuss from statistical surveys the relationship between the elderly and how they may be susceptible to HIV (Immunodeficiency Virus Humanity) and understand how this vulnerability is significant given the social and historical aspects and how feelings and emotions can affect this process. In order to achieve these goals, the Ministry of Health developed the “Clinical Protocol and Therapeutic Guidelines for Comprehensive Care as people with Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs)”, in order to provide guidance on prevention, transmission and treatment of infection, with an emphasis on improving Quality of Life (QoL). Due to their condition, the emotional of the elderly is shaken, in the however it is important to reinforce that people living with HIV (PLHIV) lead to a normal life, formerly considered a “barbarism” and destined for groups specific, although in the contemporary period this taboo is present. O physical state of an elderly patient is what will make the difference, because in the face of the symptoms of the Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) an investigation is needed specific so that the treatment is carried out as soon as possible that will intervene in a positive in the quality of life of this individual, because any person, regardless of nature, has the right to participate in social life. In this sense, the humanization It is extremely important for the care and assistance of nursing bring comfort to the seropositive elderly, not only in terms of the hospital, but also assure the patient of social, emotional, economic, physical and legislation, because humanization is a look beyond the patient.
